Matthew Haverty

Matthew Haverty is a real estate development and construction executive with more than 30 years of experience leading complex development, capital and construction programs from the owner’s side.
Prior to founding Contour Management Partners, Matthew served as Head of U.S. Design & Construction for Oxford Properties Group, where he led development and construction activities across multiple U.S. regions and oversaw major projects and capital programs spanning life science, office, advanced manufacturing and large-scale development.
His experience includes leadership of more than $3 billion in projects and capital programs, as well as development and capital leadership across a Boston portfolio of more than 5 million square feet of Class A office and life science assets.
Throughout his career, Matthew has built and led high-performing teams while managing architects, engineers, construction managers and consultants through complex projects from early planning and investment decisions through execution and delivery.
